ABOUT

Photographer and composer based in New York City, known for portrait photography works of fellow artists and classical musicians but also my documentary work and landscapes.  My musical background in contemporary music impacts how I see and react to music and interact with musicians as a photographer.

 

In working with musicians, I aim at creating photographs that are impactful to the outside world and effective within the arts community. I view photography as a philosophical and spiritual practice beyond social expressive vocabulary.

I have lived in Tehran, Yerevan, Salzburg, Los Angeles, Beverly Hills and Sacramento and moved to New York in 2024. I love languages and speak Armenian, English, German and Farsi and have a passion for nature, calligraphy and martial arts.
