WORK WITH ME
Booking: A non-refundable deposit of $100 and signing of the Photography Commission Agreement is required to reserve a time. The remaining amount will be due on the day of shooting, payable in cash, Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal.
Selection: An online gallery with all usable photographs will be available within 3 days of the photoshoot. I can help you choose or make the selection for you. Please note, these photographs serve as previews and may not be used or published in anyway.
Delivery: Selected final photographs will be delivered within two weeks from date the selection is confirmed. You will receive images optimized for prints as well as use on the web. Rush fee applies for expedited 3 day delivery.
Summery of Agreement:
Copyrights: All photographs are protected by copyright laws and remain the property of the photographer.
Attributions: Credit line stating '© Shahriyar Farshid' must accompany all published photographs, on social media, websites, and all forms of prints, wherever technically possible.
Usage Rights: The client with receive the indefinite permission to use and reproduce final photographs. Usage rights includes but is not limited to book covers, news platforms, personal websites, social media, institutional websites, etc.
Proper Use: Aside from proper copyright treatment, client agrees not to manipulate, crop or change images in anyway.
